The Township Engineer may inspect all phases of the installation
of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
2.
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines
that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being
installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan,
the Township shall revoke any existing permits until the deficiencies
are corrected, and/or a revised stormwater management plan is submitted
and approved, as specified in this chapter.
