plates be substituted for a taxicab.
The licensing of taxicabs and limousines shall be by the Borough,
and such licenses when granted by the Borough Council shall be countersigned
by the Municipal Clerk. All fees shall be paid to the Municipal Clerk.

No person, partnership or corporation shall operate a taxicab
or limousine service within the Borough without first having obtained
a license for that purpose.
