Code]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any live animal, except:
Any animal kept for pleasure rather than utility.
Any animal, other than guard dogs, that constitutes a physical
threat to human beings or other animals.
No one shall keep any exotic or vicious animal as a pet.
Anyone convicted of violating this article shall be fined $25
per day of violation and will be required to surrender the animal
to Village authorities.
