The Board of Supervisors appoints as its Right-to-Know Officer
its Township Manager, Patricia R. Schaub, or her successor. The Board
of Supervisors appoints as its alternate Right-to-Know Officer, Marcia
Rhodes, who shall act in that capacity if the Right-to-Know Officer
is unable to fulfill her or his duties for three consecutive business
days, which shall be defined as days on which the Township is open
for business.

The Board of Supervisors adopts the Hopewell Township Right-to-Know
Policy for Public Records, a copy of which is attached, marked Schedule
1-6-A, and incorporated by reference.
