In addition to the Township parking lots identified in Article III of this chapter, there is also the Cooks Pond Senior Housing Parking Lot whose rules and regulations for parking in said parking lot shall be governed by this article. The parking lot is identified as Block 60603, Lot 44.01 on the Denville Township Tax Map.
No person shall be permitted to park in the spaces designated as "resident parking" within said parking lot unless said person has properly obtained a resident parking permit from the Cooks Pond senior housing facility for the subject calendar year. The resident parking permit forms shall be made available at the Cooks Pond senior housing facility who shall set its own rules, regulations and procedures in how such a permit shall be provided to its residents.
Any visitor to the Cooks Pond Senior Housing facility that is not a resident of the facility shall be permitted to park in the parking lot in any parking space that is not designated for resident parking. Any visitor who fails to park in the nonresident designated spaces shall be subject to a fine of $35 for parking in a space without the required resident parking permit. In addition, the provisions of § 374-21, Removal of vehicles, of this chapter shall apply to the Cooks Pond Senior Housing Parking Lot.
