In recognition of the importance and significance of real estate
tax certifications to the smooth and effective flow of commerce within
the local real estate market, the Borough of Dallastown does hereby
approve of the providing of real estate tax certifications by its
elected Tax Collector, and does further hereby authorize said Tax
Collector to collect and retain a fee for providing such additional
service. The particular fee as imposed and established will be set
by resolution of the Borough Council. Said fee may be amended from
time to time by resolution of the Council of the Borough of Dallastown.
