It shall be unlawful for any person to commit or cause to be
committed any act or acts of disorderly conduct within the Borough
of Dallastown, York County, Pennsylvania.
The following acts are defined and declared to be disorderly
conduct in violation of this article:
A. Any person who shall, in any street, house, building, park, alley
or any other place of whatsoever kind in the Borough, create, make
or engage in any riot, disturbance or disorderly assembly, or any
person in said Borough who shall make, in any manner whatsoever, any
unusual noises or sounds which may disturb and annoy any other person.
B. Whoever willfully makes or causes to be made any loud, boisterous
and unseemly noise or disturbance to the annoyance to the peaceable
residents of the Borough, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed
or the traveling public is annoyed.
C. Appearing in a drunken or intoxicated condition in or on any public
street, alley, park or public building.
D. Prowling or loitering about the property of other persons or peering
or peeping into any house or other structure without the consent of
the owner.
E. Loitering or being found in any place in which acts of prostitution
or lewdness are solicited, practiced or encouraged.
F. Inveigling or enticing of any female person by a male person to accompany
him in a vehicle in the Borough.
G. The uttering of profane, opprobrious, scandalous, obscene or indecent
language to any person.
H. Engaging in fighting or brawling in or on any public street, alley,
park, public building or other place or building to which the public
has access.
I. Wantonly or maliciously throwing or casting stones or other objects
in any public street, park or alley within the Borough.
J. To shoot or discharge any firearm or other deadly weapon in or on
any public street, alley, park or building within the Borough or within
300 yards of any occupied dwelling house or residence.

Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of
not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment
of such fine and costs by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
