It is hereby enacted and ordained by the Council of the Borough of Dallastown, York County, Pennsylvania, that, henceforth, the Borough Police Department may employ electronic timing devices to measure the speed of motor vehicles for the enforcement of Borough traffic laws, and that the results of such measurements may be submitted as evidence in hearings, before any tribunal, for violations of said traffic laws.
