The Town Board of the Town of Walworth finds and hereby determines
that instructions relating to timely payment of Town tax bills shall
be clear and that citizens shall be advised of the availability of
online access to present and prior tax bills. Thus, the purpose of
this article is to allow the inclusion of a brief letter insert with
Town tax bills that provides more detailed instructional information
relating to payment of the Town tax bill, as well as information relating
to accessing past and present tax bills online.
A brief letter insert relating only to the following may be
included with the Town tax bill:
Any letter insert authorized by this article must first be approved
by resolution by the Town Board prior to inclusion with the Town tax
bill.
