This district is intended to encourage the conservation of land in those areas in floodplain areas or where the terrain and environment is not feasible for development or in the public interest. These areas are limited principally to agriculture, recreation, such as campgrounds, and similar types of activities that will not significantly change the character of this environment.

Off-street parking shall be provided as required in Article VIII, Off-Street Parking, § 475-64, General parking regulations, and § 475-70, Design of parking and loading areas and access drives.
At least 40% of the lot shall be covered with vegetative material.[1]
