No person shall bring into or have in his possession at said
parks any explosives, including any substance, compound, mixture or
article having properties of such a character that alone or in combination
or conjunction with other substances or compounds may decompose suddenly
and generate sufficient heat, gas or pressure or any or all of them
to produce rapid flaming or combustion, or to administer a destructive
blow to surrounding objects. Fireworks are excepted from this regulation
provided written approval of the Township, local Police Department
and State Department of Labor and Workforce Development is secured
for the specific occasion.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3 through 2C:39-5,
no person shall bring into or have in his possession:
A. Any pistol, revolver or objects upon which loaded or blank cartridges
may be used. Official starters at authorized track and field events
are excepted from this restriction.
B. Any tools, instruments; skeleton keys, picklocks, jimmy or other
things known as burglar tools, except when authorized by law.
C. Any rifle, shotgun, air gun, spring gun, slingshot, bow or other
instrument or weapon in which the propelling force is a spring or
air. With the exception of shotguns and bow and arrow which may be
used in connection with an approved hunt authorized by resolution
from the Mayor and Council.
D. Any knives, except for food preparation.
E. TASERs or other electrical shocking devices.
