The Tax Collector of the Borough of Liberty is hereby authorized
to charge a maximum fee in an amount as established from time to time
by resolution of Borough Council, for preparation of a tax certification
letter, which shall certify the status of payment or nonpayment or
real estate taxes for property situate in the Borough of Liberty.
