[A.O.]
Any Zoning Hearing Board member may be removed
for malfeasance, misfeasance or nonfeasance in office or for other
just cause by a majority vote of the Council, taken after the member
has received 15 days' advance notice of the intent to take such vote.
A hearing shall be held in connection with the vote if the member
shall request it in writing.
[A.O.]
An appeal shall stay all proceedings in furtherance
of the action appealed from unless the Building Inspector certifies
to the Board after the notice of appeal shall have been filed, that
by reason of facts stated in the certificate stay would, in his opinion,
cause imminent peril to life or property, in which case proceedings
shall not be stayed otherwise than by a restraining order which may
be granted by the Board after notice to the Building Inspector or
by the Court of Common Pleas.
[A.O.]
The procedure set forth in Article X-A of the
MPC shall constitute the exclusive mode of appeal from any decision
of the Zoning Hearing Board.
