The Borough Secretary of the Borough of Sharpsburg shall be,
and is hereby, authorized and directed to adopt, promulgate and enforce
a rule requiring all owners or operators of rental income property
within the Borough of Sharpsburg to furnish to said Borough Secretary,
in writing, current names and addresses of all occupants of rental
income property within the Borough of Sharpsburg owned or operated
by said person, and moreover, to keep same current, to furnish in
writing to said Borough Secretary, within seven days of any change
in occupancy, written notice of such change with name and address
of such new occupant or occupants to be made an integral part thereof.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the
provisions of this part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of
payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed
30 days. Each day that a violation of this part continues or each
section of this part which shall be found to have been violated shall
constitute a separate offense.
