The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this part (§§ 26-301 to 26-303):
Any real property within the Borough of Sharpsburg which
is not a street or highway.
Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation,
company or organization of any kind who or which has a connection
to the Borough of Sharpsburg water system and a private water supply
on their property.

Any user within the Borough of Sharpsburg must pay water rates
as required by the Borough of Sharpsburg ordinances or resolutions
with a minimum rate of $250 per quarter.
This minimum rate of $250 per quarter for users, as defined
by this part, is for the maintenance of the standby water system to
supplement the users' private water system.
