No person shall willfully or mischievously injure in any way
any lamppost or streetlight, and no person, except the authorized
agents of the lighting company, the City Manager, Chief of Police,
Fire Chief, and the persons acting under their authority, shall in
any way interfere with any of said lights.
No person, without the permission of the City Manager, shall
throw, cast, catch, kick, play with, or strike any game ball whatsoever
or engage in any sport, game or competition on any City-owned or -controlled
parking lot, nor shall any person loiter in any City-owned or -controlled
parking lot.
No person shall willfully interrupt, interfere with, or in any
way disturb a funeral assembly or procession.
No person shall pull a false alarm, break a fire alarm key box
glass or chain, or otherwise tamper with any fire alarm appurtenance
or disfigure a fire alarm pole.
No person shall consume any liquor or beverage as defined by
RSA 175:1 within the limits of any privately owned land or within
the common area of any privately owned building without the permission
of any owner or person in control thereof.
No person shall loiter on school property or the Hanson Pines
Recreation Area before, during, or after school hours. For purposes
of this section and other related sections of this Code, "loitering"
shall be as defined in RSA 644:6 as presently enacted or amended in
the future.
Any person, partnership, association or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this article shall be fined not more than
one hundred dollars ($100.) for each offense unless herein otherwise
provided.
