There is hereby established the office of Code Enforcement Official
for the Borough of Franklin Lakes.
The Code Enforcement Official shall serve a term which is coterminous
with the Construction Official.
The Code Enforcement Official shall enforce all applicable chapters
of this Code as required and may issue summonses for violations thereof.
