A. Created.
(1) There is hereby created a safe house project advisory board. The
safe house project advisory board shall consist of seven members and
shall be an advisory board to the City. Members of the safe house
project advisory board shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners
of the City and shall serve for staggered terms of three years.
(2) The advisory board shall advise the City on matters relating to the
Cushing Safe House.
B. Bylaws,
rules and regulations.
(1) The safe house project advisory board shall adopt bylaws, rules and
regulations for the Cushing Safe House Project. Such bylaws, rules
and regulations, and any amendments thereto, shall be subject to the
proper approval of the Board of Commissioners of the City.
(2) The duly approved bylaws and rules and regulations of the Cushing
Safe House shall be posted or made public in some effective manner.
C. Annual
report. On or before July 1 of each year, the advisory board shall
submit to the City Manager an annual report concerning conditions
and activities of Cushing Safe House.

is hereby created a senior citizen center advisory board. The senior
citizen center advisory board shall consist of nine members which
shall be an advisory board to the City. Members of the senior citizen
center advisory board shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners
of the City and shall serve for staggered terms of three years.
B. The
advisory board shall advise the City on matters relating to the Cushing
Senior Citizen Center.
C. The
senior citizen center advisory board shall adopt bylaws, rules and
regulations for the Cushing Senior Citizen Center. Such bylaws, rules
and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners
of the City.
D. The
bylaws and rules and regulations of the Cushing Senior Citizen Center
shall be posted or made public in some effective manner.

is hereby created a Cushing Regional Airport Advisory Board. The Cushing
Regional Airport Advisory Board shall consist of five members and
shall be an advisory board to the City. Members of the airport advisory
board shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners and shall serve
for staggered terms of three years for each position.
B. Minimum
standards; rules and regulations:
(1) There are hereby adopted the Minimum Standards for Cushing Municipal
Airport to be effective October 1, 1999. The provisions of such minimum
standards may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Board
of Commissioners.
(2) There are hereby adopted the Rules and Regulations for Cushing Municipal
Airport to be effective October 1, 1999. The provisions of such rules
and regulations may be amended from time to time by resolution of
the Board of Commissioners.
(3) The provisions of the Minimum Standards for Cushing Municipal Airport
and the Rules and Regulations for Cushing Municipal Airport are hereby
referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in
this article.
(4) No less than three copies of such minimum standards and such rules
and regulations shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and
available for public inspection during normal City hall business hours.
In addition, such minimum standards and rules and regulations shall
be publicly posted at Cushing Municipal Airport with copies being
available for public inspection and distribution.
