Regular monthly meetings of the City Board of Commissioners
shall be held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. commencing
on the 17th day of March, 2008; Provided, in the event a regular meeting
is to occur on a holiday, such regular meeting shall be conducted
on the next following business day at 7:00 p.m.
