A. The office of the City Clerk is hereby established
with the term of one (1) year. The term shall coincide with the terms
of the Aldermen, and the Board shall elect the Clerk at its first
meeting after each election.
B. The City Clerk shall answer to the Board of Aldermen.
C. The compensation for the position of the City Clerk
shall be in accordance with the approved wage schedule.
