Various permits (including certificates) shall be required in accordance to the requirements of this Chapter. Said permits shall be issued by the Zoning Administrator. The issuance of a permit shall be dependent on approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Aldermen or at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator.

A. 
The following permits shall require approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Aldermen.
1. 
Conditional Use Permit. In accordance to Article VI, Division 1, Conditional Uses, Generally, of this Chapter.
2. 
Home Occupations. In accordance to Article IX, Division 3, of this Chapter.
3. 
Special Uses. In accordance to Article VII of this Chapter.

A. 
The following permits will be issued at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator may, at his/her option, refer the decision to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their review and recommendation.
1. 
Building Permits. Upon confirmation that the proposed building conforms to this Chapter and all other City ordinances and codes.
2. 
Certificate Of Occupancy. In accordance to Article XIV of this Chapter.
3. 
Fences. In accordance to applicable Sections of this Chapter and the Development Regulations, City of Lawson, Missouri.
4. 
Garage Sales. In accordance to Section 400.030(H) of this Chapter.
5. 
Mobile/Manufactured Home On Lot In A Mobile Home Subdivision. In accordance to Section 400.150 of this Chapter.
