Company officers will have charge of company quarters and grounds and be responsible for its cleanliness and good repair.
Company officers will be responsible for furniture and equipment in quarters. Damage or abuse will be reported to the Chief. Disciplinary action will be taken against anyone misusing furniture or equipment.
Company officers will report the disposition of assigned tasks to one of the Chief Officers. Officers will check for completion of assigned tasks and cleanup.

Company officers will be responsible to see that nothing detrimental to the Department or City occurs while on their tour of duty, namely, but not limited to, there will be no drinking of alcoholic beverages while on duty; there will be no gambling while on duty; and there will be no spouses or families hanging around the stations, ramps, yards, etc. Spouses and families may bring clothes or meals and visit for a short time.
Members will be allowed to wash private vehicles in the ambulance bay at Station No. 1 and in the extra bay at Station No. 2 during bad weather. When weather permits, members will wash vehicles in the rear yard at Station No. 1 and on the east side of the building at Station No. 2. Whenever vehicles are inside stations, keep overhead doors closed. At no time will pumpers be placed outside during inclement weather. At no time will any member do any mechanical work on private vehicles without permission.
