Any person violating any bylaws or regulation of the Town shall, in cases not otherwise provided for, be punished therefor by a fine of $50 for each such offense.
A. 
Violations of any provisions of these bylaws or rules and regulations of any Town department or board may be handled as a noncriminal offense in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 21D.
B. 
Without intending to limit the generality of the foregoing, the following Board of Health regulations and penalties therefor may be enforced as a noncriminal offense in accordance with MGL c. 40, § 21D. The penalties set forth herein shall apply to each separate offense or violation of the regulations. The Board of Health shall determine the disposition of all complaints or requests for enforcement made pursuant to this bylaw. The Board of Health or its specific designee may enforce a decision of the Board regarding the noncriminal disposition of a complaint or request for enforcement.
