The policies contained in this manual constitute the policies adopted by the North Andover Select Board in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Town of North Andover Charter. Policies related to operational matters are not contained herein and are established by the Town Manager as outlined in Chapter 4 of said Charter. These policies address items that are not contained elsewhere by statute, town charter, regulation or by-law. This manual supersedes any prior polices adopted by the Select Board.
