The following uses are allowed in the overlay district. All
uses not expressly permitted shall be prohibited from use of the overlay
district.
This overlay district is exempt from Bellingham Zoning Bylaw, Article
XXV, Inclusionary Housing.
The following dimensional standards shall apply to the overlay
district. All other underlying zoning remains applicable.
A. Minimum lot area: 12,000 square feet.
B. Minimum frontage: 50 feet.
C. Minimum front yard: 20 feet.
D. Minimum side yard: 10 feet.
E. Minimum rear yard: 20 feet.
F. Maximum building height: 35 feet.
