As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one (1) time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.

Parking shall be prohibited at all hours on the streets which are designated emergency and snow routes during any declared emergency, and the use of any such emergency and snow route by any vehicle which impedes traffic without snow tires or snow chains during a declared snow emergency will constitute a violation of this Title and subject the violator to a fine as set forth in the Comprehensive Schedule of Fees and Charges.[1] An emergency may be declared by the Mayor. Notice of the declared emergency shall be given in a manner calculated to apprise the residents of the City of such emergency prior to the provisions of this Table becoming effective.
