No approvals granted pursuant to this chapter shall be valid
until all applicable fees and incurred expenses have been paid to
this Town.
A fee schedule shall be established in accordance to the Chapter 191, Fees, of the Code of the Town or any successor rules, regulations or statutes. The payment of an application fee shall not relieve the owner from the payment of other fees that are prescribed by law.
Any payment of a fee or incurred expense to this Town is not
refundable.
The failure of the owner to pay any fee, penalty or expense
incurred by the Town in connection with the enforcement and administration
of this chapter shall result in an assessment against the land subject
to any action prescribed within this chapter and shall be levied and
collected in the same manner as provided in the Town Law of NYS for
the levy and collection of Town taxes or special ad valorem levies.
