The Board of Trustees of the Village of Monticello do ordain
as follows:

That the Village of Monticello does hereby annex from the Town
of Mt. Pleasant, Green County, Wisconsin the following described property,
which has a population of four (4).

of Section 8, Town 3 North, Range 8 East, Township of Mt. Pleasant,
Green County, Wisconsin as shown as Lot #1 on the Certified Survey

Wisconsin on December 26, 2008, Volume 18, Pages 139-140 and bounded
and further described as follows:
