A.
The Land Use Planning and Zoning Department shall administer and enforce this chapter for Green Lake County.

B.
The Land Use Planning and Zoning Department shall collect fees that are collectable from the applicants for permits, certificates and public hearing items and shall remit said fees to the County Treasurer on a timely basis.
C.
It is the duty of Land Use Planning and Zoning Department to receive and act upon applications for land use permits and certificates of occupancy, follow up complaints and have such other duties as provided by this chapter.
D.
It shall be the duty of the Land Use Planning and Zoning Department to investigate alleged violation(s) of this chapter to determine the facts and, if a violation is identified, to pursue enforcement to achieve compliance.

E.
In addition to the Corporation Counsel having the authority to file a complaint to achieve compliance with the below said land use ordinances, the Land Use Planning and Zoning Department shall have the authority to prepare, sign and issue citations in order to achieve compliance with the following land use ordinances:
