The following fees shall be paid to the Green
Lake County Land Use Planning and Zoning Department at the time of
application for each service requested as listed below to defray the
cost of administration, investigation, advertising and processing:
A. Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the land
use permit fee shall be based on cost of construction (labor included).

B. All public hearing items such as variance, rezone, appeal, conditional
use permit, ordinance amendment or plan amendment: $375.
