the Borough shall notify FEMA of the changes to the identified floodplain
area by submitting technical or scientific data.
[Ord. 240, 8/7/2017]
Should a dispute concerning any identified floodplain area boundary
arise, an initial determination shall be made by the Floodplain Administrator,
with the assistance of the Borough Engineer, and any party aggrieved
by this decision or determination may appeal to Borough Council. The
burden of proof shall be on the appellant.
[Ord. 240, 8/7/2017]
