There are hereby established in the Town of Dedham, pursuant
to the provisions of G.L. c. 44, § 53E1/2, the following

A.
Expenditures from each revolving fund set forth herein shall be subject
to the limitation established by Town Meeting, or any increase therein,
all as may be authorized in accordance with G.L. c. 44, § 53E1/2.
B.
Fiscal year spending limits for such revolving funds shall be set
