No person, firm or corporation shall keep any pig or hog at
any place within the Municipality nor shall any person, firm or corporation
maintain any pig pen or hog pen at any place therein under penalty,
upon conviction thereof, of a fine of not more than $50 and costs
of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
of imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
Each day's continuance of a violation of any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense.
