It shall be unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this
ordinance for any person to deface, injure or wilfully break, destroy
or impair the usefulness of any parking meter or any barricade, light,
torch or lantern that shall have been lawfully set or installed upon
any street or sidewalk of the Municipality for the protection and
guidance of the public.

Any person who shall violate this ordinance shall, upon conviction
before the District Justice{20} be sentenced to pay all damages, a
fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50 and costs of prosecution
and, in default of the payment thereof, shall be imprisoned for not
more than 30 days.
