It shall be unlawful for any person, in or upon any public street,
alley, sidewalk in the Borough, or in or upon any public property
of the Borough, or of any authority created individually or jointly
by the Borough, whether that person is in or upon a vehicle or conveyance
or is a pedestrian, to:
Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall be
guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to
pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution, and, in
default of payment of fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more
than 30 days.
