A.
The Town Board of the Town of Whitewater may, pursuant to § 82.03(1)(b),
Wis. Stats., appoint one or more Town of Whitewater Superintendents
of Highways. If more than one is appointed, the Town Board of the
Town of Whitewater shall divide the Town of Whitewater into as many
districts as there are superintendents. Each district shall be numbered
by the Town Board of the Town of Whitewater, and a Superintendent
of Highways shall be assigned to each district. The term of office
shall be one year from the date of appointment.
B.
The Town Chair of the Town of Whitewater may remove any Town of Whitewater
Superintendent of Highways without cause.
