A joint action ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Walworth
County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency government
plan of organization was adopted by the County Board on June 15, 1971.
A copy of the county ordinance is on file in the Town offices, and
made a part of this chapter by reference, and is hereby ratified and
accepted by the Town of Whitewater, County of Walworth. This ratification
and acceptance of the joint action Ordinance No. 27 shall constitute
a mutual agreement between the Town of Whitewater and the County of
Walworth as provided in the joint action ordinance.
The County-Municipal Coordinator of Emergency Government, appointed
and employed by the County Board as provided in County Ordinance No.
27, is hereby designated and appointed the coordinator of emergency
government for the Town of Whitewater, subject to the conditions and
provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin statutes and the Walworth
County joint action ordinance.
