A. 
No building or structure, or any part thereof, being used for residential purposes or agricultural purposes shall hereafter be built, enlarged or altered within the Town of Whitewater unless a permit shall first be obtained by the owner or his agent from the Building Officer, upon payment of a fee as set forth in the fee schedule that shall be kept on file with the Town Clerk.
B. 
No tanks shall hereafter be installed, above ground or below ground, for the storage of gasoline in any area of the Town of Whitewater classified as residential in the Walworth County zoning records.
C. 
It shall be the duty of all Town officials to report at once to the Chairperson any building which is being built without a building permit as required by this chapter.
