No person shall place, or allow to continue to be placed, within
the right-of-way of a Town road, any structure without the written
and recorded agreement (consent) of the Town Board.
Any person seeking to obtain the agreement (consent) to the
placement or continued placement of a structure in a Town road right-of-way
shall pay Clerk an application fee as set forth in the fee schedule
that shall be kept on file with the Town Clerk for each occurrence.
