No person, firm or corporation shall attach any pumping equipment
or device to the flowing well outlets for the purpose of filling pumpers
or other heavy equipment.
No person, firm or corporation shall remove, steal or deface
any existing plumbing hardware on the flowing well.
No person, firm or corporation shall damage or remove any marking
signs, trash containers or any other property, or litter the park
area to the detriment of the welfare of the public.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
article shall be subject to a forfeiture in the amount as set forth
in the fee schedule that shall be kept on file with the Town Clerk,
plus costs of prosecution and costs of repair or replacement.
