The Board of Supervisors of Hemlock Township ordains and enacts
that the compensation to the Hemlock Township Tax Collector for a
real estate tax certification and for duplicate tax bills shall be
in such amounts as established from time to time by resolution of
Board of Supervisors. These fees shall be paid to the Tax Collector.

The elected Tax Collector for Hemlock Township, is hereby appointed
to collect the delinquent taxes for the Township.

In performing the collection of delinquent taxes, the Tax Collector shall exercise the same powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as are set forth in § 686 of the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. § 1-101 et seq.
