Unless expressly prohibited in the Municipal Code of the City
of Lewes, the Lewes Charter, state law, or federal law, any person
appointed to a City committee, board, commission, or any other public
body established by the Lewes City Council, not reappointed or replaced
at the expiration of such appointee's term shall retain membership
on the City committee, board, commission, or other public body, with
full membership and voting rights as if the appointee's term had not
expired. The City Council may reappoint or replace any appointee held
over from an expired term.
