The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute a contract
for police services with the St. Louis County Police Department. The
terms "Chief of Police," "Police," "Police Officer" and "Police Department,"
as used herein, shall refer to Law Enforcement Officers of the contracting
entity.
