Village of Baxter Estates, NY Article V Tree Removal Guidelines

§ 161-501 When no permit application required.

Any person, who owns property in the Village may remove any Class A tree that is located solely on the person's property. Such removal may be completed without making application to the Village for such removal.

§ 161-502 When application required.

No person may remove a Class B tree without first applying for, and obtaining, a tree removal permit, in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article VII of this chapter.
