No person shall willfully deface, injure, break or destroy any lamppost, lamp supporter or part thereof or any globe, wire or fixture or protection of such lamppost, telegraph or water mains, fire hydrants or street signs or obstruct or extinguish the light thereof of any public street, avenue or sidewalk lane or alley or in any pubic place in the Village of Unadilla.

Each violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.

A. 
No person, firm, association or corporation shall unlawfully hinder, obstruct or delay any person employed by the Village of Unadilla or any contractor or subcontractor engaged in the construction or repairing of any public work in said Village.
B. 
No person shall unlawfully tear down, carry away, remove or in any manner interfere with any barricade or light placed upon or around any excavation, street improvement or obstruction in or under any public street, avenue or sidewalk in the Village of Unadilla so placed by any employee of said Village or any owner thereof or any contractor to protect the public or to prevent injury to such public work.
