No person shall write, paint, draw, cut or place in or upon
any building, post, fence, walk, bridge or sign or other object exposed
to public view in the Village of Unadilla any indecent or obscene
mark, figure, character, words, image or design or aid or advise in
doing so.

Each violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine
of not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days,
or both.
