The Board of Water Commissioners of the Village of Unadilla, as heretofore constituted, shall have power to enact such rules and regulations with relation to the use, consumption, sale and regulation of the water supply of the Village of Unadilla as may be properly delegated to said Commissioners under the Village Law, and nothing contained in this Code shall be construed as repealing any rules, regulations, ordinances or enactments heretofore enacted or promulgated by said Village Board of Water Commissioners of the Village of Unadilla.

It is forbidden to discharge toilets or to deposit or to cause deposit of any offal, ashes, garbage, waste or other offensive or rejected materials into any of the waters or streams within the Village limits, from the shore thereof or otherwise.

Each violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
