Pursuant to § 3-300 of the Village Law, the Village Justice and the Acting Village Justice of the Village of Unadilla may reside anywhere within the County of Otsego.

The purpose of this article is to supersede New York State laws regarding residency requirements of the Clerk-Treasurer and Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Unadilla.
Pursuant to § 3-300 of the Village Law, the Village Clerk-Treasurer and Superintendent of Public Works may reside anywhere within the geographical limits of the State of New York.
