A garage sale permit will include the right to erect no more than three signs of a size no greater than three feet by two feet. Such signs shall be put in a place no more than one day before the sale, on private property, not to obstruct traffic vision, and to be removed within 12 hours after the sale is completed.

All garage sales shall be confined to a covered carport, front driveway, garage building, or held in a rear yard as defined by Chapter 36.
