The offices of the Borough Manger and Borough Secretary are hereby declared to be compatible in the Borough of Avalon.

§ 48-8 Authorization of offices to be held by same person.

The Borough of Avalon is hereby authorized to appoint the same person in the Borough of Avalon to hold the offices of Borough Manager and Borough Secretary.
